Reef World Inc., Remember Me By the Sea®, and Parrot Head Reef® are not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or connected to Margaritaville, Jimmy Buffett, Margaritaville Holdings, or any related entities. Any references to third-party names are solely for descriptive or identification purposes.

8. DONATIONS

Donations made to Reef World Inc. support the organization’s charitable mission, environmental initiatives, educational programs, artificial reef projects, and related activities.

Unless expressly stated in a written agreement, donations do not create ownership rights, contractual rights, or guarantees regarding specific projects, locations, timelines, or outcomes.
